This policy describes how ChinaLogisticHub ("we", "us") handles personal data under GDPR (EU) and KVKK (Türkiye).

Data We Collect

• Account: email, name, phone, company details.
• Shipment: origin/destination, cargo metadata, tracking events.
• Billing: billing address, Stripe customer ID (we do not store card numbers).
• Usage: IP address, user-agent, audit trail of actions.

Legal Basis

Contract performance (to operate your account), legitimate interest (security, fraud prevention), and legal obligation (tax and trade records).

Retention

• Audit logs: 365 days (configurable by admin).
• Invoices & shipment records: retained per statutory requirements (7–10 years).
• Account data: until account deletion.

Your Rights

• Access / Portability: export your data from Settings → Privacy (JSON bundle).
• Erasure: delete your account from Settings → Privacy. Personal fields are anonymized; financial records are retained per law.
• Rectification: edit your profile anytime.
• Objection / Restriction: email privacy@chinalogistichub.com.

Sharing

We share minimum necessary data with contracted carriers (for fulfillment), Stripe (billing), and our email provider. We do not sell personal data.
