Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account, submitting a request, joining as a carrier, or otherwise using ChinaLogisticHub (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. ChinaLogisticHub is operated jointly by three affiliated entities — ARIVON TRADE LLC (Florida, United States), YIWU ARIVON TRADE LTD (Yiwu, People's Republic of China), and ARIVON TRADE DIŞ TİCARET LTD. ŞTİ. (Türkiye). The entity that contracts with you ("we", "us") is identified on your invoice and is determined by your billing country and the service you purchase. If you act for a company, you confirm that you are authorized to bind that company.

2. The Service

ChinaLogisticHub is a B2B logistics marketplace and workflow platform for China-origin and international freight. We help customers request rates, compare verified carriers, manage documents, follow milestones, and coordinate communication across the United States, China, Türkiye, and other markets we serve. We are not the physical carrier unless a separate written agreement says so.

3. Account Eligibility

  • You must be a legally registered business or an authorized representative of one.
  • You must provide accurate company, tax, contact, shipment, and billing information and keep it up to date.
  • Carriers, brokers, and logistics partners must pass verification before accepting leads, quotes, or shipments through the platform.

4. Payments & Fees

Subscriptions, credits, deposits, service fees, and other paid features are billed by the contracting entity (ARIVON TRADE LLC, YIWU ARIVON TRADE LTD, or ARIVON TRADE DIŞ TİCARET LTD. ŞTİ.) through Stripe or another approved provider. Freight charges, customs duties, taxes, insurance, storage, demurrage, inspection, and destination fees may be quoted separately and are payable under the applicable quote, invoice, or carrier terms.

5. Prohibited Cargo & Conduct

You may not ship illegal, restricted, counterfeit, dangerous, sanctioned, embargoed, or misdeclared goods, or use the Service in a way that violates trade, customs, export-control, sanctions, safety, anti-bribery, or data-protection laws of the United States, the People's Republic of China, the Republic of Türkiye, or any other applicable jurisdiction. We may reject, suspend, or report suspicious activity where required.

6. Responsibility & Liability

ChinaLogisticHub coordinates information and marketplace workflows. Physical pickup, storage, transport, customs handling, delivery, loss, damage, delay, and insurance claims are governed by the contracted carrier, forwarder, broker, insurer, or service provider terms. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or lost-profit damages.

7. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if information is inaccurate, invoices are unpaid, verification fails, security risk appears, or these Terms are breached. You may close your account from settings, subject to outstanding payments, open shipments, and legally required record retention.

8. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the law of the contracting entity's jurisdiction: ARIVON TRADE LLC — the State of Florida, United States; YIWU ARIVON TRADE LTD — the People's Republic of China; ARIVON TRADE DIŞ TİCARET LTD. ŞTİ. — the Republic of Türkiye. Mandatory consumer, trade, or data-protection rules in your jurisdiction that cannot be waived continue to apply. Disputes are resolved in the competent courts or arbitral seat of the contracting entity's home country.
